UPDATE COMING SOON

PREMIER+™ 2 for Windows and Mac version 12.3 is coming soon.
With this update you can send a design from your mySewnet™ enabled embroidery machine and it will appear on your computer. Make changes using the PREMIER+™ 2 Embroidery System and send it back to the machine for sewing.
This feature requires the embroidery machine software to be updated. Both updates will be available later this year.

Also, new videos are waiting at the PREMIER+™ 2 Learning Center!

Jazz it Up with Color Tone

Use Color Tone Color Tone to transform the Brightness, Contrast and Gamma in your selected embroidery design.

Brightness lightens or darkens a design’s colors.

brightness

  • Brightness is adjusted on a sliding scale.
  • Drag the slider toward the – to select darker threads, or toward the + to select lighter threads.

Click Reset to return to the original values from any adjustments you have made.

Contrast increases or decreases the amount of contrast in the design to add emphasis or make colors stand out more boldly.

contrast

  • Dragging the slider toward + increases the contrast, to make the colors more distinct from each other.
  • Dragging the slider toward - decreases the contrast, making the design paler or more washed out.

Gamma adjusts both brightness and contrast at the same time to intensify the darker areas without washing out or over-exposing light or bright areas.

gamma

  • The initial Gamma setting is 10.
  • Drag toward 2 to lessen the contrast and lighten the overall design, or toward 40 to increase the contrast but retain the relative value of the lighter colors.

Use Thread Range to quickly convert from one thread range to another.

threadrange

  • Click the Original Threads menu, browse through the thread databases, and then select a thread type and brand.
  • All the Original Threads will be matched as closely as possible to the new thread range you selected!
  • Thread Range in Color Tone Color Tone is a quick way to change multiple threads in an embroidery design to a new thread range (brand), so you can easily customize further.
